Enrollment / Admissions Process
St. Paul’s Nursery School serves children ages 2-5 years of age. All children must be 2, 3, 4 & 5 by Sept 1st. All children must have an up-to-date health form on file including immunization records. In addition, all children must receive the flu vaccine annually between August 1st and December 31st.
St. Paul’s Nursery School of Fairfield, Inc. enrolls children without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, and sexual orientation, physical or mental disability.
In October, returning families and church members are eligible to register for the following school year, through a points based system that determines placement priority. Each family is awarded points based on specific criteria:
- One point is given if you are a parishioner of St. Paul’s Church
- One point for each year that you have had children in our school
- One point for School Board members
New families will be put on a waiting list starting in mid-September. After sibling/parishioner enrollment is complete, we will fill the remaining spots with the September waiting list.
A non-refundable $450.00 registration fee accompanying one’s application secures their enrollment for the upcoming year. When the final tuition payment is made, $200 of the registration fee will be credited to your child’s tuition.
We have a Prospective Family Activity Day in late September giving parents the opportunity to see our school, meet the staff and ask questions.
Families who are offered spots are invited in for a personal tour, class observation and interview. They may enroll at that time or return the enrollment paperwork within one week. Enrollment is complete when completed registration form and nonrefundable registration fee of $450.00 have been submitted.
